Our model

Simple for you. Rigorous behind the scenes.

Bedrock Fire replaces a fragmented patchwork of regional vendors with a single, accountable management partner — so you can focus on running your business.

The status quo

How most multi-site operators manage fire protection today

Multiple vendors per system type, per region
No single point of contact when something goes wrong
Inconsistent pricing with no transparency
Compliance documentation scattered across vendors
Vendor markups baked into management fees
Compliance gaps that only surface during audits

We start here

Program Assessment

We begin with a thorough assessment of your current fire protection program — your locations, existing vendor relationships, service history, compliance status, and documentation gaps. This gives us a complete picture of where you are and what it will take to bring your program to a consistent, audit-ready standard across every site.

What this includes

  • Location inventory and system audit
  • Existing vendor relationship review
  • Compliance gap analysis
  • Documentation and recordkeeping assessment
  • Program cost baseline

We coordinate

Network Deployment

Once we understand your program, we deploy our vetted nationwide affiliate network — or work with your existing approved vendors — to schedule, manage, and document all service activity. Every affiliate in our network is licensed, insured, and evaluated for quality and reliability before we send them to your locations. We manage the scheduling, the service visits, and the documentation so you don't have to.

What this includes

  • Vetted, licensed, and insured affiliate providers
  • Option to work with your existing vendors
  • Scheduling and service coordination
  • Quality oversight and accountability
  • Real-time deficiency tracking

We stay accountable

Ongoing Management

Fire protection isn't a one-time project — it's an ongoing program. Bedrock Fire provides continuous oversight of your entire portfolio: tracking service schedules, managing deficiencies, coordinating repairs, and maintaining the compliance documentation your AHJ and insurance carriers require. You have a single point of contact for every location, every system, every question.

What this includes

  • Ongoing service schedule management
  • Deficiency tracking and repair coordination
  • Compliance documentation maintenance
  • Single point of contact for all locations
  • Regular program reporting

Our fee structure

A flat management fee. Nothing more.

Most fire protection management companies make money by marking up the invoices from their affiliate vendors. That means their financial incentive is for your service costs to go up — not down. Bedrock Fire charges a flat management fee per site. We never mark up vendor invoices. Our interests are aligned with yours: we succeed when your program runs efficiently.

Traditional model

Management fee + markup on every vendor invoice. The more your vendors charge, the more the management company earns.

Bedrock Fire model

Flat management fee per site. Vendor invoices pass through at cost. We earn more by managing more locations — not by inflating your costs.

Call. One Answer.

Every location. Every system. Every question.

Single point of accountability

One call. One answer. Every time.

When something goes wrong at one of your locations — a failed inspection, a system deficiency, a compliance question from your insurance carrier — you make one call. Bedrock Fire owns the answer. We coordinate with the vendor, manage the repair, update the documentation, and close the loop. You don't have to track down a regional vendor or figure out who's responsible.
